Recipe for crispy bread made in a pan

How about using the pan to make crispy bread?

How about crispier bread, perfect for making dishes like bruschetta and that is very easy to make? Check this unusual recipe for a tastier quarantine.

Ingredients

– 20 oz flour
– 10 oz water
– 0.7 oz salt
– 0.3 oz sugar
– 0.2 oz dry yeast
– 1.5 oz Lemon Pepper

Instructions

1) Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Add water little by little, mixing it with a wooden spoon. After mixing all the ingredients, time get your hands dirty. Smash it up until the dough is no longer sticking to your hand.

2) Grease a baking pan Let the dough sit for 10 minutes. Cover it with a piece of fabric so it doesn’t have contact with cold air. Knead the dough for 10 minutes and let it sit for 40 minutes.

3) Place it in a greased iron pan. Pre-heat the oven at 450 ºF. Bake for 40 minutes. Finally, add 3.5 oz of water to the baking pan inside the oven and let it vaporize. That will have the bread bake with a little steam, making the crust crispier.
