The wait is over. Our movie theater reopens on October 15th! If you have missed the big screens, our movie theater at Center Norte will be back and ready for you! All activities are guided by the safety and health protocols determined by regulation authorities.
Cinemark, the mall’s movie theater operator, has partnered with Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein for the validation of protocols and protective measures and considers it safe to visit and stay in the auditoriums. Clik here for details, informative materials and open auditoriums.
Check some of the procedures in place:
– Temperature measurement before entering the auditoriums;
– Staggered seating (ensuring the maximum occupancy allowed);
– Virtual waiting lines for purchases in the concession stands;
– Dispensers for hand sanitizers in the premises;
– Thorough and more frequent cleaning in the restrooms;
– In the auditoriums, high touch surfaces on all seats will be manually sanitized between each session.
Also, to ensure social distancing and avoid crowding thorough throughout the stay at the movie theater, tickets can be purchased via Cinemark’s app or by directly scanning the QR Code at their communications. By purchasing tickets and food combos directly at the movie theater, there will be no extra service fee.
The ATMs, located near the box offices, can also be used for ticket purchases. There will be one cashier open, exclusively for payments in cash. And for the popcorn addicts, it will be prepared, as well as other products from the concession stand, after digitally ordered by the customer. At the moment you wish that your order be prepared, just scan the QR Code from the communications material, and you will be redirected to Cinemark’s WhatsApp, where you can send your order number.
If you prefer, you also have the option to go to selected cashiers to perform your requests. To pick up orders at the concession stand, just wait until your number appears at the electronic panel – another resource to avoid lines and to keep social distancing. Consuming food and drinks is only allowed in the auditorium.
When it is time to enter the auditorium, you will notice our new signage to ensure social distancing at the common areas. Masks are required in all areas of the movie theater, of the mall and during the whole session; they can be removed only while consuming food and beverages.
