Center Norte offers customers the option of shopping through the pickup service, a system that uses smart self-service lockers, without the need of in person contact among customers and store clerks.
So you have purchased your items and would like to track your order? Click here. And type the package number informed by the clerk at the time of the purchase.
The lockers are located in a dedicated area of Center Norte’s parking, at the Service Boulevard, close to Petz. Cars must enter the parking area through Travessa Simis (entrance 7) and the lockers are located close to Parking A. The opening hours are from Monday to Sunday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
With that option, you can purchase remotely (by email, telephone or WhatsApp) and inform the clerk that you want to pick up the product from the locker. The clerk will then register your data in the system, attach a personalized tag to the package and, when he places the packed product inside one of the compartments of the locker and close the door, you’ll automatically receive, by email or text message, a notification for you to pick it up straight from the locker, without the need for in-person contact.
